Through my work, I have witnessed the hearts and minds of countless men seeking that elusive, profound connection with a partner. It’s heartbreaking to see the suffering caused by relationship stress. When our love life is not going well, it really can affect every area of life. I’ve seen it in my clients, in my own partners and in myself! That’s why I am so passionate about helping men to get relief from this.
Through these years of listening and learning, I’ve discovered a truth: traditional talk therapy often falls short, keeping us trapped in our own thoughts, especially when the pressure mounts in a troubled relationship.
Having navigated the fast-paced world of London’s marketing agencies whilst finding myself in a failing relationship myself, I intimately understand the burdens of overthinking and incessant problem-solving. Our minds, finely tuned survival machines, are wired to judge (who’s in your tribe and who’s the enemy) and solve problems (find food, make a fire), yet these very functions can wreak havoc on our relationships. Especially when the ‘problem’ to be solved becomes the other person.
