My work combines psychological science, neuroscience, and practical behavioural tools, creating workshops that are engaging, practical, and transformative.
I also work as a psychotherpist specialising in scientifically-based approaches—including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based Therapy, and NLP—that have been proven to reduce anxiety, depression, and stress.
